About Women's Career

By the definition of meaningful career woman (a) a woman who makes a career or job seriously; (b) women who have careers or who considers her work life with a serious (beating the sides of another life).

Economics is a basic human need and that are universally recognized. Quran explicitly commands us to diligently work all day in a week holiday without knowing, of course with no melupkan worship such as daily prayers required (Surat al-Ahad 62: 9).

At the time of the Prophet himself, there are many women who are also known as career women. Siti Khadijah, wife of the Prophet, is one of them.
However, we all know that the economy is not the only destination in the world we live. On the economic reality is just a means to shore up the sides of another life.

The sides of the life in question include a family vegas (Surah Ar-Rum 30:21). The family is the main pillar of life. Because of it a community, civilization and culture is built. Islam is a religion that focuses on the solidity and cohesiveness of the collective society. However, the collective solidarity can not wake up without the power of individual members of society; in each family; to everyone in the family. This is where the role of the main pillars of the family - father and mother are absolutely necessary.

Vegas families to form, as an essential element of a progressive society and Islamic, at least the following two factors need to be considered:

First, children's education on an ongoing basis. Primary education course at home. Not in the formal schools. Especially regarding character education. Here the role of parents, especially mothers, are dominant. Broken-home (not vegas) generally arise from the lack of good roles for busy mothers to work or lack of knowledge and insights.

Second, supervision of the social behavior of children outside the home. Lack of supervision with whom the child will be very dangerous mix, especially today where various forms of criminal threats busy looking for opportunities to destroy our lives.

Being a career woman in the conventional sense of women working outside the home and pursue a career until the summit is "easy." Origin have sufficient skills plus the ability to "lobby" the good, the goal will be achieved. But a career woman "non-conventional", who run a business from home and office in order to maintain balance "ecosistem 'families and the education of children is difficult, especially for a woman who has a tendency exibitionist. But it is easy for the woman who is more concerned with the collective results from the appearance of personal ego.

In Islam the emphasis is not showing who's played the most, but what role the maximum we can give. That our role then recognized or not, is not so important.
